Quick Start

Get up and running with JotReview in just a few minutes.

Create your workspace

Sign up for JotReview and create your first workspace. Your workspace is the central hub where your team manages all feedback, roadmap items, and changelog entries.

During setup, you'll choose a workspace name and get a unique URL for your public feedback board.

Set up your boards

Boards organize feedback into categories. By default, JotReview creates two boards for you:

  • Features — For feature requests and product ideas
  • Bugs — For bug reports and issues

You can create additional boards from Settings > Feedback to match your product areas.

Invite your team

Go to the Members page and invite team members by email. You can assign roles:

  • Owner — Full access, can manage billing
  • Admin — Can manage settings and members
  • Member — Can manage feedback and content
  • Viewer — Read-only access

Share your board

Your public feedback board is ready at /b/your-workspace-slug/. Share this link with your users so they can:

  • Submit feedback and feature requests
  • Vote on ideas they care about
  • View your product roadmap
  • Read changelog updates
