Keep users informed with changelog entries.

Creating changelog entries

Navigate to the Changelog page and click + New Entry. The editor supports rich text formatting including:

  • Headings and paragraphs
  • Bold, italic, and inline code
  • Bullet and numbered lists
  • Links and images
  • Horizontal dividers

Tags and categories

Tag your entries to help users filter updates:

  • Bug fix — Resolved issues
  • New feature — New capabilities
  • Performance — Speed improvements
  • Documentation — Docs updates
  • Security update — Security patches

Custom tags can be added from Settings > Changelog.

Publishing and scheduling

Entries start as drafts. When ready, toggle the status to Published. You can also set a specific publish date for scheduled releases.

Published entries appear on your public board's Updates tab and can trigger notifications to subscribed users.
