Create Boards

Organize feedback into categories with boards.

What are boards?

Boards are categories that organize feedback into logical groups. Each feedback request belongs to exactly one board.

Common board configurations include: - Features and Bugs (default) - Product A, Product B, Product C (multi-product) - Mobile, Web, API (platform-based)

Creating a board

Navigate to Settings > Feedback and click Add Board. Enter a name for your board and choose its visibility:

  • •Public — Visible to all users on your feedback board
  • •Private — Only visible to workspace members

Managing boards

You can rename, reorder, or archive boards from the Settings page. Archiving a board hides it from the public view but preserves all associated feedback.
