Import Data

Migrate from other tools or import existing feedback.

Import from CSV

Go to Settings > Data & Import and upload a CSV file with your feedback data.

Expected columns: - title (required) — Feedback title - description — Detailed description - status — pending, reviewing, planned, in_progress, completed, closed - votes — Number of votes - created_at — Creation date (ISO format)

Import from Canny

JotReview supports direct import from Canny. Export your data from Canny as CSV, then use our import tool which automatically maps Canny's format to JotReview fields.

All posts, votes, and comments will be preserved.

Export data

You can export all your JotReview data as CSV at any time from Settings > Data & Import. The export includes all feedback requests, votes, comments, and changelog entries.
