Invite Members
Add team members to your workspace.
Invite by email
Go to the Members page and click + Invite Member. Enter the email address and select a role.
An invitation email will be sent. Once they sign up, they'll be automatically added to your workspace with the assigned role.
Member roles
JotReview supports four roles:
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing and workspace deletion |
| Admin | Manage settings, members, and all content |
| Member | Manage feedback, roadmap, and changelog |
| Viewer | Read-only access to the admin dashboard |
Managing members
Owners and admins can change member roles or remove members from the Members page. Click the role badge next to a member's name to change their role.
